Assistance with Social & Community Participation

There are many potential benefits associated with being actively involved in and connected with your community. Assistance with Social and Community Participation funding is designed to help break down some of the barriers you may face to participating fully in society.

The support provided can also assist you to improve skills and independence to participate socially or with recreational activities.

Our staff will be there to help you get you to and from as well as engage and support your need.

Under ‘Assistance with Social and Community Participation’, the NDIS may fund a support worker to support you to:
