About the Role We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers who thrive in active, high-needs Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments. Successful applicants will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and willing to work across multiple SIL locations throughout Melbourne’s western suburbs.

About You To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• Minimum availability of 3 full days and 2 passive sleepover shifts Monday to Friday
• Minimum qualifications in the industry
• Meet all other compliance with certificates, checks, training and requirements
• Willingness to travel to different SIL locations across the western suburbs
